General Health
EVERFI – free courses for K-12 but they are short, like 6-8 lessons 15 min each. So you’d want to take a few as part of a health course. e.g. bullying, vaping, mental health etc

Easy Peasy Online School – Christian based, they have a few health courses, completely online, but they usually run only every few days. Not an every day thing.
Georgia Virtual Learning – highschool level, look under electives to find Health, First Aid/Safety and some Food related courses

Food Hero – online games, printables, resources and more on nutrition for kids
Let’s Eat Healthy – says digital for all and print free in California. But to signup it only accepts US states. So I couldn’t try.
Space Nutrition Book – this looks really interesting, all about how food is stored, prepared and eaten in Space but also nutrition in general and research facts.
Nutrition Detectives – 90 minutes program for Grades 3-4 or so.

SanfordFIT – Fit Games with health lessons for groups of kids to play, good for co-ops or perhaps large families
Ace Exercise Library – 100 no equipment exercises you could lead your kids in plus some with equipment if you have them. Not made for kids but many would be fine for families.
Lincoln Empowered PE K-6 – PDF with tons of games, exercises but also tips and help on running PE
Lincoln Empowered PE 7-12 – PDF with tons of games, exercises but also tips and help on running PE
Move Your Way for Parents – this little parents section of the page has some tips and help on getting active as a family, with teens and even when you can’t leave the house
OPEN – requires free signup but has TONS of help for teaching Physical Education and I mean TONS

Children in Sport – webarchive of an old page, focus on the game at the bottom of the list
Get Skilled Get Active – PDF shows how to teach skills (hopping, running etc.)
Total Body Workout – instructions to workout. Could be used with fit kids or pick and choose certain exercises your kids can do

First Aid For… – short first aid courses designed for specific situations like for new drivers, for cooking, for boating, for the beach etc… Only a few would probably be applicable to students
First Aid Champions – UK based Ages 5-18, materials to teach first aid with PDFs, powerpoints and videos.
First Aid Facts – PDF first aid facts about certain situations
Wilderness and Remote First Aid – good for camping or those who live remote
